CRISIS FOOD CENTER SPECIAL NEED

The Social Ministry Committee encourages donations of baby diapers during the months of March and April.  All sizes are needed.  Place them in the bin labeled "Crisis Food Center" located in the Narthex.  Help keep the center supplied with special need items.

WEDNESDAY ADULT STUDY - THE BOOK OF REVELATION

Many people have many questions about The Book of Revelation.  Some churches base much of their current preaching and teaching on this book.  Other churches, like the Lutheran Church, rarely speak of it.  Why is that so?  How do we read this book?  How do I respond to family and friends who see all sorts of predictions in the book?  Come and see.

BENEVOLENCE  OFFERINGS

At our 2010 Annual Meeting we decided that our benevolence to the ELCA would no longer be a line item in our budget, but would be part of the designated giving by congregation members.

As you make your benevolence offerings to the ELCA please make a note on your offering envelope  or in the memo line on your check how much of your offering you designate for the support of the ELCA, our synod and church-wide offices.

Soon special offering envelopes will be in the pews marked, "Global Mission".  These envelopes may be used for ELCA and Synod offerings.

NON-PERISHABLE FOOD ITEMS

We continue to collect non-perishable food items for the Crisis Food Center.  Place them the barrel in the Narthex
